How to Get Help

Official form of communication:
The Service Desk is IT's official form of communication with the GMC community. To provide timely and efficient service, all contact with IT support staff must originate from the Service Desk. Three ways to communicate with IT:
1. E-mail: it@gmc.edu
2. Call: 215-646-7300 extension 444
3. Visit: The IT Service Desk at St. Bernard Hall Lower Level
The IT Service Desk may be able to provide immediate assistance with support questions; otherwise Service Desk staff will assign a tracking number to your request and route it to the appropriate IT department.
The Service Desk is designed to resolve small and urgent technical support issues and provide information, but depending on the scope of a request, they may direct customers to the following communication resources:
